Paul Ayers is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Noetic Cyber. He has a 30-year proven track record of building successful cybersecurity companies in a series of leadership roles across 5 start-ups, all with successful exits. Before founding Noetic in 2019, Paul was an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Ten Eleven Ventures, responsible for finding and developing innovative cybersecurity startups. Prior to joining TenEleven, Paul was General Manager, EMEA for Resilient Systems where he was the founding hire and grew the team to 45 people and over 150 customers in a 3-year period. Paul has also held senior positions at Vormetric, PGP Corporation, and Symantec. Paul is a Board Member for the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a not-for-profit organization with a mission to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within cloud computing.

Chief Architect and Co-Founder
Allen Hadden is a co-founder and Chief Architect at Noetic Cyber, responsible for the design and development of Noetic’s continuous cyber asset management and controls platform. Allen has more than 24 years’ experience in software development leadership and architect roles at 5 different startups. Prior to founding Noetic, Allen was Chief Architect and Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM Security, which he joined through IBM’s acquisition of Resilient Systems in 2016. He has also held engineering leadership roles at Carbonite, NormSoft, EMC and Authentica. Allen has deep software development experience and has been responsible for driving innovation at leading startups in cybersecurity, cloud and mobile. Allen has a BS in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware, and an MS in Software Development and Management, Rochester Institute of Technology.

Allen Rogers is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Noetic Cyber. Allen is a seasoned cybersecurity product strategist and engineering leader. Over his 30-year career he has been a founding member and executive at numerous successful cybersecurity startups with a proven track record of identifying unmet market needs, envisioning innovative solutions, and building and scaling teams to successfully deliver those solutions to market. He has help take several companies from single-digit employees, through rapid growth, to IPO or acquisition, and has stayed on to lead large teams at acquiring companies. Most recently Allen served as Director of Engineering at IBM Security after the acquisition of Resilient Systems.
