Grace Cassy is an early stage investor, Non Executive Director and a Member of the Advisory Board of Ten Eleven Ventures.
As the co-founder of CyLon, she invests globally in leading security and resilience startups. In 2024, she was appointed to the UK Government’s Strategic Defence Review to determine the roles, capabilities and reforms required by UK Defence to meet the challenges, threats and opportunities of the 21st century. Prior to founding CyLon, Grace spent 10 years in the UK Diplomatic Service, working on global security policy in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Between 2004-6, she was an advisor to Prime Minister Tony Blair, specializing in Asia and national security. She is an Associate Fellow of Chatham House, and a Council Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
