Sam founded Kasada at the young age of 19 back in 2015 after his work as a security consultant at Macquarie Group opened his eyes to the common security issues plaguing big and small businesses. Previously, Sam worked as a Security Consultant and Threat & Incident Response at Macquarie Group where he was responsible for the analysis of web application logs to detect and remediate web-based cyber attacks. Sam started his career working with the Defense Signals Directorate (now the Australian Signals Directorate) for a number of years as a teenager prior to finishing High School.
