Why We Invested in Hypernative

Blockchain technology has rapidly evolved over the past decade, transforming industries such as finance, supply chain, and gaming. Adoption also continues to accelerate, driven by applications like DeFi (Decentralized Finance) and stablecoins. Yet behind this innovation lies a significant challenge that remains unresolved: security. Billions of dollars have been lost to exploits and attacks in recent years, such as the 2025 ByBit exploit and the 2022 Ronin Bridge hack. In 2024 alone, $2.2 billion in blockchain assets were compromised, creating a pivotal moment for robust security architectures explicitly designed for Web3. The blockchain ecosystem is in dire need of stronger, real-time security solutions.

That is why we are pleased to announce our investment in Hypernative’s $40M Series B. Hypernative has stepped up to address the critical gap in blockchain security by offering a real-time security platform that detects threats before they can do harm.

At its core, Hypernative’s platform acts as a Web3 “EDR,” combining advanced detection with automated mitigation via customizable exploit-prevention playbooks. Designed for seamless integration, it enhances existing security stacks with SOAR, incident response, and other blockchain-specific features for a comprehensive defense. Substantial demand for this kind of solution is already evident. With more than 200 customers, including prominent organizations such as Uniswap, Solana, and eToro, Hypernative has demonstrated significant traction in a short period.

Consider the standout performance delivered by Hypernative’s platform:

  • 98 percent of attacks were detected two minutes before the first exploit transaction occurred
  • $2 billion in potential losses prevented to date
  • A near-zero false positive rate (<0.001 percent)

Behind Hypernative’s success is an exceptional leadership team. Co-founders Gal Sagie (CEO) and Dan Caspi (CTO) are both technological innovators and experienced leaders. Gal brings a steady, strategic vision that ensures Hypernative navigates the volatile blockchain space with clarity and purpose, and Dan is the architect of Hypernative’s technological edge. His deep understanding of blockchain vulnerabilities and his ability to predict future challenges firmly position Hypernative as a leader in security innovation.

We are pleased to be joined in this investment with our friends at Ballistic Ventures. They, too, recognize the opportunity in Hypernative’s mission to revolutionize blockchain security. Together, we look forward to helping Gal and Dan build Hypernative to reach its next set of milestones.

By addressing some of the most challenging security issues in real-time, Hypernative empowers organizations to build, grow, and thrive in an increasingly digital world without fear of catastrophic loss. For Ten Eleven, investing in Hypernative is about driving progress in yet another emerging technology by prioritizing safety and trust.
